I’m Rachel, founder of the Focus Flow Formula, a mindful productivity system that helps busy professionals achieve their big goals and passion projects with clarity, intention, and joy. With years of experience as a Senior HR Manager and a Master’s Degree in Sociology, I’ve dedicated my career to guiding individuals and teams through challenges, fostering success, and promoting well-being.

Having personally experienced the overwhelm of balancing work, family, and personal aspirations, I developed the Focus Flow Formula to help others reclaim their time, focus on their priorities, and bring their dreams to life. My signature program, the Focus Flow Success Circle, offers a structured approach to achieving goals and a supportive community to help participants stay on track, focus on their top priorities, and make them a reality with greater ease and confidence.

I’m also the author of Insights & Inspirations: 300 Journal Prompts to Cultivate Joy, Mindfulness, and Gratitude, a book inspired by my belief in the transformative power of journaling to cultivate self-awareness, emotional resilience, and personal growth.
