Rachel Collins
I’m Rachel, and I’m passionate about helping busy professionals navigate the challenges of modern life through mindful productivity. As the founder of the Focus Flow Formula, my goal is to empower people to prioritize what truly matters, helping them balance their personal and professional lives with more clarity and intention.
With many years of experience as a Senior Manager in Human Resources and a Master’s Degree in Sociology, I’ve spent much of my career guiding others through complex decisions, helping teams and individuals achieve their goals, and fostering environments where productivity and well-being can thrive. Having experienced the overwhelm of juggling work and personal aspirations firsthand, I developed the Focus Flow Formula to help people reclaim their time, focus on what’s important, and move toward their long-term vision with confidence.
I’m also the author of Insights & Inspirations: 300 Journal Prompts to Cultivate Joy, Mindfulness, and Gratitude. This book reflects my belief in the power of journaling to foster self-awareness, emotional resilience, and personal growth. Journaling has always been a key practice in my life, and I created this book to share prompts that can inspire reflection and meaningful change for others.
Through my signature programs, such as the Focus Flow Success Circle and the Digital Detox Challenge, I help participants develop practical strategies to minimize distractions and maximize their impact. These programs are built around mindfulness techniques that encourage you to slow down, reflect, and take intentional steps toward your goals, whether you are completing a passion project or simply seeking to reduce the stress and chaos in daily life.
In addition to my work in mindful productivity, I’m also a Certified Meditation Practitioner, an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Tapping Practitioner, and a Certified Happy for No Reason Trainer. These certifications reflect my holistic approach to well-being, which combines mindfulness practices with practical, actionable tools that can help people reduce stress, improve focus, and lead more fulfilling lives.
